Savvy Health Coaching is intended to focus on realistic goals and objectives to address the clients perceived health issues. Through the creation of tailor made programs, individuals or groups are taught ways to make behavioral changes while ultimately improving their quality of life.
Based on the book Yes, Real Women Do Sweat: Straight talk about menopause. Women are alarmed about the effects menopause is having on them daily. This program provides alternative methods to handling menopausal symptoms naturally, while promoting a great quality of life.
