Savvy Health Coaching is intended to focus on realistic goals and objectives to address the clients perceived health issues. Through the creation of tailor made programs,  individuals or groups are taught ways to make behavioral changes while ultimately improving their quality of life.

Menopause

Based on the book Yes, Real Women Do Sweat: Straight talk about menopause. Women are alarmed about the effects menopause is having on them daily. This program provides alternative methods to handling menopausal symptoms naturally, while promoting a great quality of life.

Savvy Health Coaching Transformation Program

4 Options

The Savvy Health Coaching Transformation program was created by Linda Hawkins, Lifestyle and Weight Management Specialist, and has been operating since 2005 under the name Savvy Health Coaching Lifestyle and Weight Management program with proven techniques and tips. Subsequently, clients have lost an average of 30 pounds in 3 months using some of the following: behavioral modification, healthy food choices, stress reduction techniques and aerobic exercise. What makes this plan so exceptional is: clients will receive onsite service, which means; all sessions will be held at either clients’ home or other mutually agreed upon location.Secondly, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction will be practiced to catapult clients to another level and lastly the Accountability partnership. At no additional cost, the client will be monitored, tracked and encouraged throughout the entire coaching sessions.

Option One

One month-Savvy Slim-down Makeover(4 Coaching sessions)

If you need a weight loss jump start, or in need of a quick makeover for a special occasion, and/or  need to lose only 10-12 pounds, then this is the program for you. Several  scientific techniques are practiced for ultimate success. Even though this program is short it is very effective. As a client you will receive a simple and structured meal plan to follow for 30 days. Access to healthy lifestyle resources. Video diary encouraged.

Pre and post assessments test.

  • Session 2-Food intake-How to eat like a champion
  • Session 3-Cooking lesson
  • Session 4-Tools to sustain your makeover

Includes: Assessment tools, program materials, 30 day meal plan, copy of Yes, Real Women Lose Weight book and workbook, daily and weekly email and text support, recipe book, 4 encouragement and strategy calls to stay on track. Open access for questions.

Option Two

90 Days -Savvy Health Transformation Program (10 Coaching sessions)

You will experience a customized plan that offers Assessment, Education and Accountability.  The assessment component will provide a baseline for measuring ongoing success. Education includes  all the information you need to know about nutrition,  mindset/behavior change for a better you, food prep, shopping and cooking which is all necessary to become and maintain a healthy lifestyle while shedding those unwanted pounds. Accountability services -As a client you receive a hands-on, accountability partner. This accountability partnership which is second to none, increases the success to facilitating an effective lifestyle change while optimizing your experience.This is for you if you want to lose 30 or  more pounds.   To document your transformation a video diary is encouraged.

Savvy Health Coaching VIP day

If you are sick and tired of being sick and tired or the doctor said “you must make a change or else” or you are at a place in your life that you need an immediate overhaul, then you are in need of my VIP day. In a day you will receive enough instruction to teach you  how to create a healthy lifestyle while ultimately losing weight. One private all day experience. Touches on all ten coaching sessions in one day, then culminates with a healthy meal prepared by the client.

As a VIP member we will begin the lesson in your home, move it to the grocery store and then back to the kitchen.

Online with Savvy Health Coaching Program (90 days)

If you are extremely busy or located outside of Dayton, OH. The SHC online program is a self-paced, client centered learning program with controlled released modules designed to last 3 months. The modules cover mindset and behavior change, nutrition and cooking for a better you. With community connections you are never alone in the process.  SHC’s serves as your accountability partner. With the online program accountability includes but not limited to email, texting, social media, telephone and live messaging. This accountability partnership increases the success to facilitating an effective lifestyle change while optimizing their experience with the company.
